Fay Horwitt serves as Chief Program officer for Forward Cities, a national organization on a mission to catalyze wealth building opportunities for Black, Hispanic, and Indigenous entrepreneurs by transforming the way local communities see, support, and sustain them. Forward Cities signature programs include Black Wall Street Forward, PLACE Builders, E3 Durham, and ESHIP Communities. In her executive leadership role at the organization, Fay leads programmatic strategy, design, and impact – developing training programs to equip equitable entrepreneurial ecosystem builders across the nation. A sought-after presenter, trainer, and thought leader in the national ecosystem building field, she also serves as Leadership Council Chair for the Ecosystem Building Leadership Network.
