The special gathering will be dedicated to uplifting the unique and overlapping narratives that we as Black and Native, as well as Black-Native, peoples experience, create and hold in common. It will be a dynamic time of mutli-modal storytelling, cultural expression, learning, healing and community building.
Beautiful Ventures will be joined by their beautiful friends at Illuminative – a Native woman-led racial and social justice organization dedicated to increasing the visibility of—and challenging the narrative about—Native peoples.
