Congressional Caucus on Black Innovation
BIA, in collaboration with Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett of the U.S. Virgin Islands, Congressman Ritchie Torres of New York, and Congresswoman Marilyn Strickland of Washington, came together to launch a new congressional caucus aimed at closing the economic gap for Black entrepreneurs in tech and innovation on Capitol Hill.

On Thursday, April 20th, 2023, Black Innovation Alliance, in collaboration with The White House Initiative on Advancing Educational Equity, Excellence, and Economic Opportunity for Black Americans, hosted The Urgency of Black Innovation Ecosystems: Policies for Economic Growth, Security & Opportunity—celebrated the one anniversary of the Congressional Caucus of Black Innovation.
