An innovation counterplan to project 2025

Declaration ’26 is a strategic initiative by the Black Innovation Alliance that focuses on building economic empowerment, inclusivity, and civil liberty protections through innovation-driven solutions to support underserved communities and drive collective progress.

Congressional Caucus on Black Innovation

BIA, in collaboration with Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett of the U.S. Virgin Islands, Congressman Ritchie Torres of New York, and Congresswoman Marilyn Strickland of Washington, came together to launch a new congressional caucus aimed at closing the economic gap for Black entrepreneurs in tech and innovation on Capitol Hill.

Black Innovation Policy Agenda

The goal of the BIPA is to lift up the most potent policy solutions capable of removing the systemic barriers that perpetuate the status quo.
