IGNITE!—an Alabama-based 501c3—launched in 2019 as a holistic and supportive ecosystem with a core mission to educate, evolve and bridge communication gaps between organizations, service providers, and minority-owned businesses (especially Black and Women) Utilizing a custom designed Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, IGNITE! thoroughly assesses needs, develops “Individualized Business Action Plans,” and then most importantly, quickly directs minority Small Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, and/or Nonprofit Leaders to the “appropriate” partner agency best equipped to provide technical assistance relevant to their current and most pressing need.
