Through his agency, Caroline’s Creative Agency, he’s helped clients grow their audiences to over 300,000 followers, generate millions of impressions, and drive revenue all through creative, purpose-driven digital marketing.

In addition to his agency work, Mandez serves as the Programs Manager at HUSTLE Winston-Salem, where he leads initiatives that support underrepresented entrepreneurs across the region.
