The Innovations Factory is an edtech company founded in 2021 to provide entrepreneurship education to students worldwide. Our mission is to equip young people with financial literacy, business acumen, and the entrepreneurial mindset needed to create generational wealth and economic mobility. Recognizing the saturation of traditional online courses, we pivoted from a standard Learning Management System (LMS) model to an interactive, live-learning experience.

Our flagship program, The CEO Club, is a virtual summer program designed for high school students to explore entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and investing while still in school. Initially launched via Zoom, we found that students were disengaged with traditional online learning formats. In response, in 2023, we introduced X-Campus, a metaverse learning environment that enhances engagement through immersive, interactive experiences.

With X-Campus, students can access a virtual campus, participate in live lessons, interact with avatar instructors, and even receive AI-driven feedback on their business pitches. This summer, we anticipate our largest cohort yet, with 400 students. Our goal is to continue innovating the way entrepreneurship education is delivered, ensuring accessibility, engagement, and real-world impact.
